Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
When you reach out to us, you may be sharing some of the hardest details of your life: money trouble, a loss in the family, a house you're worried about. We take that trust seriously. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
"Doulos Impact Group," "we," "us" and "our" mean Doulos Impact Group LLC. "You" means anyone who visits this website or contacts us through it.
1. What we collect
What you tell us
- Contact details, such as your name, phone number and email.
- Property details, such as the address and condition of the house.
- Your situation, which may include sensitive personal, financial and property information, such as mortgage status, foreclosure notices, an estate or probate matter, a death in the family, or your goals for the house.
- Your preferences, such as how you'd like us to contact you and whether you agree to receive text messages.
Please share only what you're comfortable sharing. You never have to send us account numbers or Social Security numbers through this website.
What we collect automatically
- Basic device and usage information, such as browser type, pages visited, the site that referred you, and approximate location based on your IP address.
- Information from cookies and similar tools (see section 6).
2. How we use it
- To respond to you and understand your situation.
- To explain your options and, if you ask, prepare an offer.
- To follow up with you, the way you prefer.
- To refer you to professionals, but only with your permission.
- To run, protect and improve this website.
- To meet our legal obligations.
3. Phone calls and text messages
If you check the text-message box on our form, you agree that Doulos Impact Group may text you about your situation at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or call (720) 407-6494.
We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and our own internal do-not-call list, and we follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We do not sell or share your text-message consent or phone number with third parties for their marketing.
4. How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to people who need it to help you. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as our customer database (CRM), website hosting, email and text-messaging services, and analytics. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- With professionals you agree to be referred to, such as attorneys, housing counselors, lenders, agents, estate-sale companies or contractors, and only with your permission.
- With parties to a transaction, such as a title company, if you choose to sell to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of our business, under this same policy.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We may use cookies and similar tools to understand how people use our site and to show our ads to people who have visited it (called "remarketing"), for example through Google or Meta. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info.
7. Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
8. Your choices
